In 29 B.C. Caesar Augustus was captivated by its beauty, making it his private retreat where temples, villas, and lush gardens bloomed.

The rich tradition of painted ceramic pottery from the Bay of Naples has always held a special place in my heart. When I was 8, I saved up my allowance to purchase my first piece, a cup that still graces my desk today.
